Merry Christmas to you and yours. May you enjoy lots of joy, rejoicing and merriment in this season.
I have been building up to this moment since the start of the 12 days of Christmas. But I’ve been ready for this day since November. Everybody has their way of celebrating Christmas. Some people spend it with family, friends, some others spend it on by giving to the helpless and a few combine some ways of celebration together.
In all of these celebrations, it is important to remember that this day is one chosen to celebrate the birth of Christ. This day marks the decision of give his child for the sins of man. It also marks the decision of Christ to be sacrificed for the sins of the world. This is the greatest form of giving and the greatest form of sacrifice.
So, while we bask in the euphoria of Christmas, the giving of gifts, cooking and eating together, and watching Christmas movies, it is the perfect time to gift the gift of Christ. Show love to others by gifting Christ to them. And show your love for Christ by gifting him to others.
On that note, I wish you a beautiful Christmas and a wonderful and fulfilling new year.
